We can let our local residents and families be displaced by rapid, speculative, high-end housing development, or we can act first to assure that we, our children and our grandchildren will be able to live in Kohala for generations to come. KCLT has the foundation to be a steady place where Kohala can bring our collective voice. Together, we can uphold the dreams and values that are so dear to us, and guide our community development so as to express the quality of life we prefer to have and offer our children.
